Five years of product.
A million people using it.
Consumer apps from blank page to App Store. Pharmacy, banking, telecom.
Georgia's largest pharmacy, finally in a pocket.
The first Aversi app, its web store and the portal behind them. One roadmap.

Georgia's first eSIM.
From concept to launch, across an app, a website and a partner portal.
Also shipped.
Banking, capital markets, and the engineering years before product.

InterpressNewsSwift features for a national news app, and a lasting habit of caring how a build behaves on an old device.
How I work.

01
Decide, then defend the decision.
A roadmap is a set of arguments, not a list. I'd rather cut a feature loudly in week two than quietly in week ten.
-
02
Speak engineering, natively.
I shipped Swift before I wrote specs. Estimates get sharper and trust gets cheaper when the PM can read the pull request.

03
Launch is the middle, not the end.
Post-launch is where the product gets good. I stay on the metrics, the crash reports and the support queue until the numbers move.
From Swift to strategy. Now, models.
I started as an iOS engineer, which makes me a particular kind of product manager: the one who asks what the payload looks like, and why that screen takes 800ms.
Since then I've owned full lifecycles for consumer apps in pharmacy, banking and telecom, working shoulder to shoulder with designers from discovery to release.
Now I'm studying machine learning, not as a feature to bolt on but as a material to design with.
